I've added a new incensed thought, a few lessons ALDOT should learn.

I think the lesson here is that if a road is advertised as a shortcut, then everyone knows about it and it probably won't be. Some shortcuts (like 459 around B'ham) still work, but others (like 285 in Atlanta) take longer than the "long" way.
