The marketing people behind Pop Tarts are evil geniuses. They've managed to keep unfrosted Pop Tarts on the market for all these years, and no one has sued yet.
Surely in these crazy days where criminals can sue their victims, morons can sue McDonald's because they can't eat properly, and other morons can attempt to have votes recounted like six times, someone could successfully sue the Pop Tart people for deliberately deceiving customers.
Just how are they deceiving people, you ask?
OPEN YOUR EYES, PEOPLE. No one in the history of the world has ever bought unfrosted Pop Tarts on purpose. They're nasty. The only reason they're even manufactured is so people will accidentally buy them, thinking they're getting the yummy frost-ful kind, open then, and then kick themselves because they bought the wrong box and opened this one so they can't take it back. If 1 in 10 people makes this mistake and has to go back and buy the correct and non vomit-inducing pastries, that's 10% more business for them (at least using Ricky math, which often differs from standard mathematical practices)! It's a scam, and an ingenious one at that.
