Evil, Evil, Evil

One would think that The Weather Channel would be a good place to turn to find out what the temperature outside is, right?

Unfortunately, IT'S NOT! I HATE THE WEATHER CHANNEL!

Like I have any care at all for what the weather is like in Montana. When I have to leave for class in a few minutes and want to know how cold it is or isn't outside or whether it's going to rain or what the high today is, I really didn't give a rip about the average rainfall in Pakistan.

To their credit, they sometimes put that little scroll bar across the bottom that tells you the current conditions. Most of the time, this is all I'm looking for. The problem is that they only put that little bar on there like .084% of the time. And of course that time is when I don't want it.

If The Weather Channel had any clue about anything, they would have that little scroll bar going ALL THE TIME (except for maybe commercials if they're not allowed to do that). And the local forecast should never be more than like five minutes away. Would it hurt so much to quickly flash the local forecast every couple of minutes, since that's all MOST people care about anyway? I sat there for almost 15 minutes the other day just trying to find out what the temperature outside was, and they never said.

At least on their web site you can go straight to your local forecast and what you actually want to know about. Arg.
