What I Thought In January 2006

« December 2005 | Main | February 2006 »

(01-30) I think that if I'm going to retire by age 30, I'd better get moving...

(01-24) I think it took four and a half years, but Tammy has finally accepted that one of her wifely duties is to remember where we park at Wal-Mart and the mall.

(01-21) I think we can all agree that trying to squeeze one more season out of That 70s Show without two of the main characters was a huge mistake.

(01-18) I think it's no fun to drive to work when it's pitch black outside, and then drive home from work in the pitch black again. Talk about sucking the life out of me...

(01-18) I think it's neat to live in a world where I can order two things from Amazon Monday night at about 9:30 PM and they're on my front porch when I get home on Wednesday night, and the shipping was free.

(01-02) I think the old-school football gods smiled once again today as they pushed possibly the ugliest successful field goal try ever through the uprights. Once again, a pass-wacky team could not overcome a stingy defense and a plodding, ball-control offense. Roll Tide!

(01-01) I think of all the dumb fashion "trends" that have come up in my lifetime, the jeans with holes already in them might be the dumbest.

(01-01) I think drinking Pepsi is a lot like using a public restroom: it's nasty, you don't want to do it, you don't want to talk about it, and you wish you had an alternative, but sometimes, you just have to do it.
