What I Thought In November 2002

« October 2002 | Main | December 2002 »

(11-27) I think if Brandon doesn't start updating his web page more often, I'm going to have to do it for him.

(11-26) I think I'm finally back online at the new house!

(11-25) I think being highly favored in the Iron Bowl is apparently not a good thing.

(11-22) I think I need to work the sentence "It's the programmer's equivalent of the waiter spitting in your food" into a conversation at work sometime.

(11-20) I think this is the last thought I'll ever post from the apartment, because I'm about to take down the computer.

(11-20) I think I'm so proud...we've successfully junked up both a house and an apartment at the same time!

(11-19) I think of all the utilities and such that I've had to contact about my move, Alabama Power has been the best so far, because I was able to submit my transfer request on their web site. To no one's surprise, Bellsouth ranks last, although their new feature where their system calls you back when someone is available (rather than you sitting on hold for 10 minutes) is nice.

(11-16) I think it should not take three hours to deliver and install a refridgerator, washer, and dryer.

(11-15) I think (I know, actually) that we're now officially homeowners! Closing went very well! I think my hand is cramping from signing my name so much!

(11-14) I think I'm really going to miss having a cable modem for the next week (a side effect of moving).

(11-14) I think there will be more Auburn fans rooting for Alabama this weekend than there have been in a long time.

(11-13) I think events like the Vulcan Run don't make a lot of sense to me. So I'm supposed to pay them to allow me to run? Something's just wrong with this picture. First off, I could run anywhere I wanted for free, although I don't see that happening either. Second, I'm pretty sure they'd have to pay me for this arrangement to have any shot at working out, but it'd definitely have to be more than the $15 they're asking.

(11-12) I think that no matter how many times I see her do it, the sight of our guinea pig on top of her house is one of the more comical parts of my life.

(11-10) I think I'd like to point everyone's attention to the fact that Jason McAddley led the Arizona Cardinals in receiving in their game today with 113 yards. That's right, THE Jason McAddley.

(11-10) I think I HATE FOX 6! I'm sick and tired of them pre-empting The Simpsons for some stupid thunderstorm! It's not even raining here! I'm considering legal action! I'm serious! This is ridiculous! It's the season premiere, and they're making me miss it because it's hailing on the other side of the state! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(11-07) I think everyone should know that we just bought a couch (a sectional, actually), and if you listen carefully, you can actually hear my wallet sobbing softly...

(11-07) I think people should be slapped anytime they respond to the question "Did you get a haircut?" with either "No, I got my ears lowered" or "No, I got all of them cut".

(11-05) I think experiencing Third Day & Michael W. Smith doing "Agnus Dei" together was really cool...

(11-01) I think gutting a pumpkin is not one of my favorite activities.
